You have the right to choose the repair shop of your choice. Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop for repairs.
There is no law requiring you to obtain more than one estimate or appraisal
Your vehicle is the second largest investment you're likely to make. Preserve its value and safety by having it repaired professionally.
Referrals from family and friends can be very helpful during the decision-making process.
Differences in estimates are common. Some shop's estimates may not include all of the operations necessary to perform top quality repairs, in order to have lower estimates. In many cases the lower estimate will get the job.
